Abstract: This study aims to analyze the inclusion of students with Down syndrome in regular
education. Much has been said about Inclusive Education, and within this school
modality, a subject that arouses the interest of analyzing and understanding the
concepts is Down syndrome. Down syndrome is not a disease, but a genetic
disorder, which does not prevent the person from developing. However, as this
condition is associated with some health issues it must be observed at the birth and
monitored by professionals. Therefore, each person has their own way of interacting,
time, and evolution according to their needs. People with Down syndrome are more
similar than different from us. The school is the ideal environment to build and diffuse
knowledge, social responsibility and culture, what is missing are professionals and
teaching materials. In this sense, the work aims to research the development of
students with genetic alteration in school life. The Federal Constitution ensures that
all citizens, without distinction of beliefs, color and race have the right to education,
including people with disabilities, in this case, Down syndrome. Even so, it does not
mean that the needs of everyone who is entering the schools are met. This may
occur due to the lack of physical structure of the schools, without the proper
accessibility and even lack of preparation of the teachers and a multidisciplinary team
consisting of: Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists,
Physiotherapists, Psychopedagogues and Speech Therapists, who can accompany
students with Down syndrome so that they are included and that can guide
educators. It is of great importance that people with Down syndrome are included in
society, not only because of a legal guarantee, but because of humanity, because
within their possibilities they are able to show affection, love, learn and interact with
the people considered “normal”. It is also necessary to promote knowledge for
families, and how they can deal with and end these prejudices against people with
Down syndrome, regarding to them being unproductive and incapable beings.

Abstract: This article seeks to understand the paths of education and how the teacher through
the act of teaching can significantly influence his students. For that, we will talk about
pertinent periods in the history of education, its influences and teaching models. After
we will talk about leadership in the classroom, analyzing ways to bring knowledge
effectively to those who already have all kinds of information due to new technologies,
we will also address the power of the leader, showing that the teacher has several
ways to collaborate for the integral training of their students, as they are direct influencers of them, we will emphasize the question of character which is the key to
the development of effective leadership, a teacher needs to know what he does, love
what he does and be responsible for the place of power that occupies, knowing how
to mix justice, honesty and respect. Another issue to be addressed is motivation, the
world increasingly needs people prepared and effective in their actions, the educator
who manages to captivate his students is giving them much more than simple didactic
knowledge, but they are training people aware of their actions, autonomous and
capable of being excellent not only in the classroom, but also in society, being firm in
their choices and projects.

Abstract: The present article synthesizes the history of literature and its prominence in the
formation of human beings. To understand the necessity throughout our lives, its
precursors will be analysed, as well as their importance in early years. It enables the
development of imagination, creativity and personality and , therefore, a person’s
criticism through playful materials. The use of fairy tales and children stories, for
example, is a way to further introduce literature among the infants’ world in a
pleasant, simple and dynamic way. This introduction should not be mandatory but
pleasant, accounting that how it is presented to the children is of the highest
relevance, since the more attractive, dynamic and different, the more enjoyable it
becomes for such reading public. Literature as such has an important role in the
development of the student. Through it, one can learn how to communicate and
dialogue with the world around. Reading produce knowledge and makes the pupil
start rationalizing the read object, obtaining one’s own opinion about the social and
cognitive questions one faces daily
