Abstract: Motor coordination must be worked on from the first year of elementary school, as it, together with the other aspects of psychomotricity, will enable the student to be able to carry out all the activities proposed by his teacher, in addition, to explore more and more the its limits and difficulties. Motor coordination has two types: Fine and Gross. The fine is worked through writing and the thick through activities such as kicking a ball, throwing a handball, among others. Abstract: Slackline is a relatively new adventure modality, and consists of walking or maneuvering on a nylon tape, as much as it is elastic, anchored in two distant points such as rocks, poles and trees. The practice can be done outdoors or indoors. The benefits of the practice are numerous and cover several spheres: muscular strength of limbs and trunk, balance, concentration, among others. The practice of Slackline requires a precise coordination between the proprioceptive sensory systems, the musculoskeletal system and the efferent neuromotor system. The present study sought to verify the improvement in the strengthening of stabilizing muscles through regular Slackline training. The methodology used was the hypothetical deductive, using materials, books, websites. scientific articles and magazines in the area, where it can be concluded that a regular slackline training, regardless of the practice practiced, causes great muscle activation in the CORE region, in which it will be fully worked out.

Abstract: Growth is seen as a normal change in human life; the development is considered a process of gradual change, as the bone development of children can be intensified by exercises, as they help in modeling bone, and can be intensified with strength exercises. Among the various physical activities, one in particular, has great benefits, it is resistance training, better known as weight training. Several studies show the benefits of physical activity for children's growth, such as preventing bone disorders and improving the cardiovascular system. The risks of well-targeted and individualized strength training are practically nil. The benefits of strength training are numerous, but strength gain, increased bone mineral density and improved motor coordination are the main When starting a training program it is necessary to identify that the child is mentally and emotionally prepared to do the proposed exercise, taking care of the posture, load and way of applying the activity, aiming at playfulness.
