Abstract: This work describes and analyzes the dimension of the challenge of including students &#xD;
with Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD in elementary school classes - early years. Such an &#xD;
approach is justified in view of the numerous challenges that the Brazilian education system and &#xD;
society have faced with the inclusion of students with disabilities in regular education. The study &#xD;
aims to carry out a brief review of Brazilian legislation and identify the existence of &#xD;
differentiated pedagogical practices to assist students diagnosed with autism in regular &#xD;
education. Brazilian scientific papers in electronic format - Scielo. The research evidenced a &#xD;
solid foundation of the legislation that deals with the inclusion rights of the student with ASD. &#xD;
With the literature review some themes were highlighted the need to adapt school curricula, an &#xD;
effective continuing education of teachers, the use of innovative practices in classrooms and &#xD;
finally, the optimization of relationships between school and family of students.

Abstract: This paper addresses the importance of identifying Autism Spectrum Disorder&#xD;
(ASD) early. Therefore, this subject is necessary, due to the importance of conditions for&#xD;
the overall well-being of the individual. Therefore, with an early intervention we can&#xD;
contemplate the improvement of development. We can observe a series of treatments that&#xD;
get good results. The objectives of this research will be achieved through bibliographical&#xD;
research, through works, in order to bring a well-defined theoretical basis. Therefore,&#xD;
given the importance of the subject addressed, it is necessary to reconsider the importance&#xD;
of early intervention. The possibility of success with the intervention, which improves&#xD;
when initiated in childhood, because the ability that the brain has to learn and reconnect&#xD;
during this phase is good, because brain is still in formation. And when someone has some&#xD;
limited skill, it is indicated to look for other means to upgrade what is underdeveloped.&#xD;
This fact happens due to neuroplasticity, which is the ability of the human brain to adapt&#xD;
to the environment, learning and changing. The research showed that it is possible to&#xD;
obtain significant results in development from early identification.

Abstract: This study approaches Hospital Pedagogy and its effective contribution to the continuity&#xD;
of the infirm schooling. This approach is necessary, because the child and/or teenager that, for any&#xD;
reason, is hospitalized or unable to attend classes, has the right to have their education continued.&#xD;
The departure of the school conviviality may be prejudicial, so the disease cannot be considered as&#xD;
a factor of interruption of their educational process. The goal of this study is to discourse about the&#xD;
existence of the Hospital Pedagogy, seeking the right to guarantee the maintenance of quality&#xD;
education to the child and/or teenager that are hospitalized, treating them as a being that is in the&#xD;
middle of a learning process, and also to highlight the importance of the pedagogue’s actuation in&#xD;
hospital environments. This goal will be achieved through bibliographical research, in which&#xD;
several works will be utilized, as well as legislation, in order to get a satisfactory foundation to the&#xD;
present study. The study evidentiated the importance of the presence of specialized professionals&#xD;
on the hospital environment, where it is clarified how much needed is the education on a child&#xD;
and/or teenager’s life that are hospitalized.

Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate how didactic materials and education professionals approach gender differences and sexuality in the classroom. A well structured pedagogical project guides the teachers, according to official documents of standardization of school education, to work seeking the development of children and adolescents in a consistent way. The choice of the theme is justified, because the school and the teacher are involved directly in the social formation of the individual, informing and guiding on the identity of gender and sexuality. The purpose of this work is to present what the didactic materials recommend on how to approach this subject and the posture of the professional in class. This intent will be achieved through bibliographical research. The data point to the importance of being worked, in a transversal way in all disciplines, gender identity and sexuality, so that the school can collaborate with the students social formation, teaching them to respect the individuality of cach being.
