Abstract: The inclusion of people with disabilities, disorders or learning difficulties is provided for by law.&#xD;
Therefore, the objective of this article is to research how schools should treat students with&#xD;
autism spectrum disorder (ASD) based on current legislation and how the family can contribute&#xD;
to the school. This work was carried out with bibliographical research. The data shows that there&#xD;
are many difficulties and challenges and that to minimize them, the student must be included in&#xD;
the regular classroom and, when necessary, have professional support. In relation to the family,&#xD;
it is necessary to establish a partnership so that at home, they can continue with their work,&#xD;
contributing to the teaching/learning process.

Abstract: Education in the prison system aims to break the persistent cycle of violence, this makes&#xD;
the prison move from an environment of exclusion to a socio-educational environment, enabling&#xD;
the emancipation of incarcerated individuals. For education to take place in penal institutions, it&#xD;
&#xD;
is necessary to review some obstacles that prevent it from actually happening, such as the lack of&#xD;
structure in the environment, scarcity of materials and the lack of adequate training for&#xD;
professionals who work in the area. Therefore, the aim of this article is to discuss education in&#xD;
the prison system as a path to the recovery of prisoners. To this end, the research is based on a&#xD;
bibliographic study with works, documents and legislation on the subject. And from this&#xD;
perspective, the research points out that education in the prison system is an important path in&#xD;
rescuing individuals serving sentences, especially when focused on educational activities that&#xD;
prioritize the Youth and Adult Education curriculum, based on Paulo Freire's proposal. In this&#xD;
sense, it is important to propose comprehensive curricula that prepare inmates for formal&#xD;
education and professionalization after prison, in the search for effective democratic and&#xD;
emancipatory resocialization.

Abstract: The school transition from Early Childhood Education to Elementary Education is a&#xD;
considerable event in children's school careers. The beginning of a new journey full of new&#xD;
discoveries, learning, developments and many changes that end up affecting feelings and&#xD;
generating small tensions in children. To this end, this bibliographic study aims to understand&#xD;
the characteristics and dynamics of the learning process in Early Childhood Education and&#xD;
Elementary Education (1st year). How to also understand the school context and its practices&#xD;
with five and six year old children in the transition from one segment to the other. It was found&#xD;
that this transition does not always happen in a friendly way and the level of demands and&#xD;
demands becomes very high In this way, we present possible pedagogical practices for a more&#xD;
affective transition, making the transition process light and pleasant.

Abstract: This work analyzes the role of the pedagogical coordinator in public schools in times &#xD;
of pandemic. Such an approach is due to the fact that the spread of the Corona virus (COVID 19) has brought several changes to society and has had numerous impacts, especially in the &#xD;
educational field. The study aims to understand the effects of the pandemic on the pedagogical &#xD;
coordinator's activity, as well as analyze his role in the school environment, understand the &#xD;
various changes that took place during and after the pandemic period in the development of his &#xD;
work and describe the limits and possibilities of performance of this professional in remote &#xD;
teaching. This purpose will be achieved through a literature review. This research &#xD;
demonstrated the importance of the coordinator in the organization of pedagogical work and &#xD;
in the intermediation of those involved in the school environment. In the pandemic period, the &#xD;
activities of specialists became much more complex and bureaucratic, such as decision-making, &#xD;
establishment of routine in remote teaching and the need for support in planning activities, &#xD;
thus, it was necessary to implement new possibilities and reinvent themselves to overcome the &#xD;
difficulties presented in this pandemic period.
