Therefore, this project aims to identify in a jeans factory the productive capability, in addition, to offer a new scenario where this can be expanded. For this research to be concluded there was a data collection over the process of time and motion study and it wascompleted during the company field visits. The data has been processed through a computer simulation that was done in the Arena Student 14 software, and it stated that recruiting more than two employees the productive capacity increased in 97,76%. Título: APPLICATION OF THE ARENA SOFTWARE IN THE PROCESS OF FRENCH BREAD PRODUCTION IN A BAKERY LOCATED IN THE STATE OF MINAS GERAIS, BRAZIL Autor(es): Athouguia, Tamires da Silva Prata; Nazaré, Tiago Bittencourt Abstract: To follow the technological evolution and the increase of market competitiveness, it is necessary to adopt new strategies that contribute in the productive process of a company. In this scenario, the process simulation has become a tool of paramount importance for organizations, enabling an analysis and improvement of processes through a virtual environment. The objective of this paper was to identify the bakery productive capacity of French bread and to analyze the changes made in the process after the product weight reduction. In order to enable this research, data were collected using the chrono-analysis process through visits to the company. The data were processed in the Arena software to simulate the production process and to compare the time consumed for the production before and after the reduction of the bread weight. A comparison of raw material costs was made to identify the most viable process for the organization. Additionally, a questionnaire was applied to the customers of the establishment to verify the degree of satisfaction with the modified product. This study made it possible to verify that the production process carried out after the French bread weight reduction increased production capacity by 30 units per recipe, reduced annual raw material costs by 11.73% and 86.36% of customers are satisfied with the weight of the product offered. In this way, the present work has the objective of elaborating the Business Plan for the opening of a retailing of women's clothing in the city of Cataguases, through SEBRAE's Business Plan 3.0 software, outlining the profile of potential customers of the through a qualitative / quantitative questionnaire with proven reliability by the Cronbach Alpha Coefficient and demonstrate the economic viability of the enterprise by means of calculations of discounted Payback time, NPV and TIR. The results of the Market research conducted leads to investments in good variety in the portfolio as being of greater relevance to the target audience. Financially, the results were of economic attractiveness with the payback time discounted of 3 years, 3 months and 1 day, IRR 31.36% for a TMA of 16.56% and NPV of R $ 21,551.25, these two calculated through a projection of 5 years of project.
