Abstract: This work describes the design of a metal ramp to improve the hygiene and maintenance of&#xD;
the garbage trucks of a company located in the city of Poços de Caldas in the state of Minas&#xD;
Gerais. This dimensioning is necessary to correct a deficiency that the company presented in&#xD;
the sector of cleaning and maintenance of the collection trucks, avoiding contamination of the&#xD;
collectors and the professionals who perform their washing. The metal ramp will make it&#xD;
easier for those interested to perform daily routines in order to have better results in the&#xD;
process in general. The objective of this study is to carry out a project that will correct this&#xD;
deficiency that the company presented, bringing greater agility and practicality to the&#xD;
performance of its routines that its employees carry out. This aim will be achieved by&#xD;
reviewing the rules and laws in force in Brazil, academic work related to the project to be&#xD;
prepared, data collection in the company and calculations were performed in the CypeCad and&#xD;
AutoCAD software. The study clarified that the metal ramp will be able to correct the&#xD;
deficiency that the company presented in its daily routines.

Abstract: In search of faster and faster ways for the plastering process in masonry, this work has the&#xD;
purpose of presenting two processes: the plastering with cement, sand and lime; and plaster&#xD;
plaster. After Portland cement became popular, it started to be mixed with lime and sand, to&#xD;
form the conventional plaster. And with that the mortar was taken to a higher level of quality and&#xD;
resistance. However, in recent years, the use of plaster has increased in relation to cement&#xD;
mortar, perhaps because of the cost and space requirement, since conventional plaster materials&#xD;
occupy the construction site. In this context, through the research carried out, two masonry&#xD;
plaster systems are evaluated: plaster with cement, sand and lime, and plaster plaster, in order to&#xD;
analyze each one in particular and, subsequently, make the required comparisons. Throughout&#xD;
this research, a survey was made to find out the quantity of materials used, as well as the labor&#xD;
spent on the execution of payment processes. Therefore, at the end of this research, the&#xD;
importance of competent professionals who know how to use the correct materials used was&#xD;
verified. And, that plaster coating had the best cost costs in relation to labor, the shortest lead&#xD;
time and lowest costs.

Abstract: This work presents an economic analysis between the prefabricated slabs and the massive&#xD;
slabs through the SINAPI database and local field research in the city of Congonhal-MG. This&#xD;
is a relevant theme in the structural design phase of a residence, because the choice of the&#xD;
constructive method of slabs should not be based only on the designer's familiarity, but rather&#xD;
through technical and financial basis. The research demonstrated that the costs obtained&#xD;
through the SINAPI database were below the costs practiced in the city, therefore, it should&#xD;
not be used as the only parameter for budgets in the city. The analysis also showed that the&#xD;
costs for the massive slabs were about 30% more costly in relation to the costs of&#xD;
prefabricated slabs. In relation to the labor for the same type of slab, it was about 70% more&#xD;
costly, so it is a preponderant factor to be considered. It was emphasized that the choice of the&#xD;
best structural solution should also not be purely financial, as the cheapest solution may not&#xD;
be technically adequate, thus, it becomes important to know the advantages and disadvantages&#xD;
of each construction model. Finally, it is concluded that for small buildings in the city of&#xD;
Congonhal-MG, the use of prefabricated slabs is recommended.

Abstract: This work demonstrates the application of cold asphalt Micro-Surfacing (MS) as an&#xD;
option in the repair of the asphalt cover in pathologies on the BR 381 highway. This approach&#xD;
is necessary due to the intense wear and tear caused on the highway due to the large flow of&#xD;
vehicles on highway BR-381, the intensity of precipitation, aligned with winds and the sun&#xD;
contribute to the wear of materials, making their periodic maintenance of paramount&#xD;
importance. The objective of this work will be to prove in a technical and mathematical way&#xD;
that when applied to the MS adequately in the repairs of highway BR-381, its execution&#xD;
reduces its time, costs and improves traffic conditions for the user. This task will be achieved&#xD;
through visits along the track and qualitatively identify the pathologies on the pavement, there&#xD;
are numerous causes, sizes and models of defects in the pavement and this comparison&#xD;
describes the Methodology of The MS as a cold asphalt mixture, composed of aggregates&#xD;
being a great aid in the recomposition in the layer of the Asphalt Cover of highway BR 381.&#xD;
There are numerous defects in the floors, called The Rift, subdivided into Cracks and Cracks.&#xD;
And in the visit on site, carried out by the Author, in the direction of BH and in the direction&#xD;
of SP of the track range of BR-381, qualitatively, with the field team, the pathologies on the&#xD;
pavement were identified The study demonstrated and proved that the MS decreases costs,&#xD;
due to the use of a mini plant in the application, avoiding connecting the Asphalt Plant in the&#xD;
company's yard. With less time is released traffic on the track faster.
