O objetivo é investigar como a adoção de práticas de compliance tributário e financeiro pode contribuir para mitigar riscos legais e fiscais nessas instituições, fortalecendo sua governança corporativa e promovendo a conformidade com normas regulatórias. Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica abrangente, que inclui doutrinas jurídicas, legislações, artigos acadêmicos e estudos de caso, foram identificados os benefícios das políticas de compliance para a sustentabilidade das cooperativas, como a redução de vulnerabilidades a fraudes e a maior transparência nas operações. Os resultados apontam que programas de compliance bem implementados não apenas previnem crimes financeiros, mas também fomentam a ética e a responsabilidade social nas cooperativas. Conclui-se que a integração entre compliance e práticas cooperativas é indispensável para consolidar a credibilidade do setor e alinhar-se às demandas de um ambiente regulatório em constante evolução. Título: O PAPEL DO JUIZ DE GARANTIAS NA PROTEÇÃO DOS DIREITOS INDIVIDUAIS: uma análise jurídica Autor(es): Teodoro, Daniel Silva Primeiro Orientador: Teixeira, Paulo Roberto Abstract: This paper analyzes the role of the "judge of guarantees" in the Brazilian criminal procedural system, established by Law No. 13.964/2019. This examination is necessary due to the importance of ensuring the impartiality of the judge, preventing psychological contamination by participating in both the investigative phase and the trial. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the significance of separating the judge's functions in the pre-trial and trial phases to ensure a fair and balanced judgment. This goal is achieved through a bibliographic review encompassing legal doctrines and social psychology theories, such as cognitive dissonance and the primacy effect, which support the thesis of psychological influence on the judge. The research highlights that the implementation of the judge of guarantees strengthens the Brazilian accusatory system by promoting the protection of fundamental rights, although it still faces practical and legal challenges for its full application. The concluding remarks emphasize the need for further studies and adaptations in the judicial system to ensure the effective implementation of this role nationwide. It will also assess the possible measures to combat it and how this phenomenon affects our country. It is also important to mention the impacts on human rights set forth in the Federal Constitution and International Treaties, with occurrences such as sexual exploitation, slave labor, organ trafficking and, as a consequence, the possibility of torture and violations of such rights. Finally, it will assess the main actors in this process and how each of the roles interferes in life in society, seeking to find solutions in alliance with governments and international organizations.
