Autor(es): Pereira, Beatriz de Souza Primeiro Orientador: Júnior, Pedro dos Santos Portugal Abstract: This research analyzes the participation and perspective of family farmers in the cooperative context in the south of Minas Gerais. The involvement of these women in their rural enterprises stands out, ranging from production to financial management. The study revisits the origins of the cooperative model to the present day, considering research and theoretical references. This approach is women have overcome cultural and economic barriers in this market, integrating their actions within their production units and the different management models applied. The main objective is to identify the motivations and obstacles in joining the cooperative system on the part of family farmers in the South of Minas. For this analysis, qualitative research was carried out, enabling a deeper understanding of the reasons behind their choices, their management methods, such as the difficulty in accessing specific financial resources for them, the role of men and the patriarchal structure that influences their choices and the lack of information on public policies aimed at family farming. Furthermore, the issue of family succession in business and the lack of unity among women farmers to make important decisions became evident. The research provided a detailed view of the scenario of the cooperative family farmers surveyed, but also highlights the need for more support, information and inclusion for these women in the cooperative system and in the management of their rural properties. The main objective was to eliminate a recurring dimensional failure that affected the fit and sealing efficiency of window channels by applying structured quality analysis tools such as MASP, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, and 5 Whys. The research was conducted in an automotive company located in Varginha-MG, involving dimensional analyses, root cause identification, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. As a result, a new fixed stainless-steel stop system was developed to replace the worn movable stop, leading to enhanced dimensional stability, cost reduction, and improved process reliability. The study demonstrated the effectiveness of the 8D methodology for definitive problem-solving and contributed to strengthening a culture of continuous improvement and quality in automotive manufacturing. The main objective is to understand how AI methods such as machine learning, genetic algorithms, and reinforcement learning can contribute to improving computational performance, energy efficiency, and reducing manufacturing costs of these processors. The research adopts a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive approach, based on a systematic literature review and a comparative analysis of performance and efficiency benchmarks from different hardware platforms. Case studies demonstrating the practical application of these techniques in the design and manufacturing of neural processors are also considered. The results indicate that the use of AI in hardware development accelerates design cycles, optimizes resource utilization, and reduces failures, contributing to the development of more accessible and sustainable solutions. Furthermore, integrating AI into hardware design promotes the democratization of access to high-performance technologies, positively impacting sectors such as healthcare, industry, security, education, and the digital economy. It is concluded that the application of these techniques represents a promising path to overcoming the cost and complexity challenges of neural processors, strengthening their presence in mobile devices, embedded systems, and corporate environments. Título: DIFICULDADE DAS EMPRESAS DO SUL DE MINAS NO USO DE GESTÃO ÁGIL PARA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE PROJETOS Autor(es): Nishimura, Vinícius Kenzo Rezende Primeiro Orientador: Silva, Nelson Abstract: Project management in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) faces significant challenges, especially in adopting agile methodologies and digital platforms. This study investigates the use of agile methodologies and project management platforms in SMEs in the Southern Minas Gerais region, identifying the main challenges faced during their adoption. The research is characterized as applied, qualitative and exploratory, conducted through an online questionnaire applied to 29 companies from different sectors between September 2025. The results indicate that 69.0% of companies use some formal methodology, with 62.0% adopting agile or hybrid approaches. The main difficulties identified were: lack of knowledge about agile methodologies (51.7%), implementation and licensing costs (48.3%), and difficulty in adapting to business reality (44.8%). Qualitative analysis revealed that companies that overcame these barriers achieved significant benefits, such as up to 280% increase in delivery speed. It is concluded that the main obstacle is not the availability of tools, but organizational and cultural factors. Investment in technical training, change management, gradual implementation and adaptation of methodologies to the specific reality of each organization is recommended.
