Abstract: The increasing digitalization of society poses challenges to the digital inclusion of&#xD;
seniors, who often face barriers to smartphone use due to cognitive, sensory, and motor&#xD;
limitations. In this context, Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as a strategic resource for&#xD;
dynamically adapting interfaces, promoting usability and autonomy. This study aimed to&#xD;
evaluate the potential of AI in adapting mobile interfaces for seniors, based on algorithms&#xD;
capable of identifying usage patterns and adjusting elements such as font, contrast, spacing,&#xD;
and icons. The methodology consisted of a literature review and ex-post-facto research,&#xD;
including a survey of databases such as Scielo and Google Scholar, considering articles&#xD;
published in the last five years that address digital inclusion, human-centered design, and&#xD;
AI-mediated interface adaptation. The selection resulted in fifteen studies, analyzed according&#xD;
to author, year, method, and results. The main findings indicate that the adoption of usability&#xD;
guidelines, combined with intelligent algorithms, improves readability, simplifies navigation,&#xD;
and strengthens seniors' self-confidence, reducing frustration and promoting greater social&#xD;
participation. The study also identified the relevance of participatory and co-design&#xD;
methodologies, in which older adults collaborate in the design and evaluation of solutions,&#xD;
legitimizing choices and expanding technological acceptance. The study concludes that the&#xD;
use of AI in mobile interfaces constitutes a promising alternative for promoting active aging,&#xD;
digital inclusion, and citizenship, although it still requires research in real-world contexts and&#xD;
attention to ethical aspects such as privacy, transparency, and the applicability of algorithms.

Abstract: The advancement of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) has redefined digital&#xD;
communication, especially through models capable of generating synthetic videos&#xD;
(deepfakes) and performing highly realistic voice cloning. These capabilities, which&#xD;
combine progress in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision, also&#xD;
drive the development of tools capable of autonomously creating texts, images, and&#xD;
sounds. Among these tools are automatic translators and virtual assistants, which&#xD;
facilitate interactions and overcome language barriers, while advances in Computer&#xD;
Vision enable the recognition and manipulation of images and videos with a high degree&#xD;
of fidelity. However, these technologies also pose significant risks to information security.&#xD;
Falsified content, such as audio and video deepfakes that accurately imitate the voices&#xD;
and facial expressions of real people, can be used for misinformation and fraud. In&#xD;
addition, large language models can memorize sensitive data during training, increasing&#xD;
the risk of exposure. This article provides a general analysis of the benefits and threats of&#xD;
generative AI in the context of secure communication, based on a critical literature&#xD;
review. It concludes that, despite the gains in efficiency and accessibility, it is urgent to&#xD;
implement mitigation techniques such as encryption and watermarking, as well as ethical&#xD;
regulations, to preserve the integrity, confidentiality, and authenticity of information in&#xD;
the digital environment.

Abstract: This final course project is dedicated to the study of "Procedural Generation of Urban Environments: Comparative Analysis of Techniques for Road Infrastructure Modeling". The general objective is to comparatively analyze the main Procedural Generation techniques applied to road infrastructure modeling, evaluating their computational efficiency, structural realism, and functional adaptability. The research investigates how different approaches (such as L-systems, graph-based algorithms, and agent-based methods) compare in order to identify the most suitable ones for applications in traffic simulations and urban planning. The methodology involved the implementation of representative prototypes, the development of an evaluation framework with quantitative metrics, and a systematic comparative analysis. The results aim to provide practical guidelines on the suitability of each technique for different contexts, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in this interdisciplinary field that combines computer graphics, artificial intelligence, and urban studies.

Abstract: We are currently going through a critical process in energy, due to the oil crisis the &#xD;
increase in energy demand and climate change, we highlight the need for studies by &#xD;
renewable sources that do not harm the environment, bringing economic and environmental &#xD;
improvements. Thus, this article results an analysis on the generation of electricity through &#xD;
biogas from municipal solid waste, dumped in the landfill, which is not much represented in &#xD;
the Brazilian energy matrix. Thus, bringing the relationship of the Landfill of the city of &#xD;
Varginha - MG, its classification and amount of waste that is deposited monthly, these &#xD;
surveys will be carried out, will be made the annual average and feasibility calculations can &#xD;
be recovered and can be recovered this biogas from the landfill, being made a basic &#xD;
calculation of the potential for energy generation and how many families could benefit from &#xD;
this energy source.
