Abstract: Know which market strategies can be adopted by the hospitality segment to conquer and retain its customers, in the midst of facing the competitive market was a source of motivation and research theme of the referred article. If justified, therefore, in the globalized world to urge the need for any organization to readiness in strategic and operational terms to maintain its activities competitive prices or quality services. The objective, then, was to show that quality of service and quality of the relationship with the tourist / guest (client) is one of the identified strategies. To do so, perform a field research with employees and guests / tourists of hotels and inns of São Lourenço-MG, using the questionnaire for data collection. It was identified that the segment adopts loyalty instruments / policies and tourists / customers; the price, comfort an cleanliness and good service are the main requirements expected by customers; the employees are properly trained to provide customer service and relationship; and which services were welcomed as excellent; the quality is perceived through services, courtesy, speed of response, communication, credibility, access and security. It was concluded that the management of the attributes of quality of care and relationship as services offered in the hotel segment of São Lourenço-MG is strategy to face the competitive market and can be perceived by its employees (attendants) and tourists / guests (customers), enabling loyalty and, consequently, keeping organizations on the market.

Abstract: Production is a sector that is responsible for achieving the main objective of organizations. O planning and control are concerned with requirements such as: production strategy, design of products and services, production systems, physical arrangement and production flows, productive and others. The general objective of this work is to show the existing tools for the Production Planning and Control in a company, which can assist in the search for efficiency and agility in handling data and information from the production system, increasing competitiveness. The methodology used is based on surveys from bibliographic data through the reading, analysis and interpretation of books, texts, articles published in annals and journals, reviewing the existing literature on the theme. The study concluded that Production Planning and Control (PCP) are processes key and indispensable for companies seeking competition in the current market. Are processes that, when well developed, bring a substantial improvement to the system productive, such as, for example, the decrease in inventory costs, punctuality on the date of delivery among other factors.

Abstract: The implantation of the bulk milk collection system in Brazil took place in a thus meeting the norms of the National Milk Quality Program (PNQL), however it caused several changes in its supply chain. With the alteration of the way of storage and collection of milk by the Normative Instruction number 51, of MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, livestock and Supply), the producer and agribusinesses in the sector were forced to adapt to this new rule logistics, which was cooling the milk on the farm and collecting it in bulk. O transport is a fundamental part, as it is responsible for safety and quality raw milk from the collection point to the industry. So this study aims to objective to identify the weak points contained in the collection and transport of milk, to that the manufacturing is completed with a high quality index and obtaining confirmation by the studies cited. Taking into consideration for research the organs responsible for inspections, official websites and books. From the results obtained and analyzed in this study, companies will be able to improve their theses and consequently improve my knowledge in professional practice.

Abstract: Companies aim for better results at all times. However, they encounter several challenges, one of which is the stock of materials. To obtain competitive advantage, administrators include inventory planning, management and control in their daily lives, but, nevertheless, they face different problems in the micro and macro environment, such as example, logistics, supplier, damage, storage of inputs etc. Is important define the necessary strategies for the business to establish itself in the consumer market. O&#xD;
planning what should remain in stock, when to be replenished, quantity to buy, identifying obsolete stock are issues that must be analyzed by the manager. The purpose of this article is to analyze how management techniques, stock preparation impact on the organization's economy and highlight how systems and methods contribute to optimize profit. The methodology used was the bibliographic survey and research online on websites specializing in the topic and scientific articles. After analyzing the concepts presented by the authors, it can be observed that there is an important repertoire regarding&#xD;
models, techniques, and philosophy for the management, design, inspection and purchase of stock,&#xD;
contributing to enhance the product, reduce costs and promote competitive advantage.
