Título: ACEITAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO DURANTE O PERÍODO DA PANDEMIA DE COVID-19

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way socialization in school environments
happen and the teaching and learning process itself had to adapt to a new
reality mediated by computers and Information Systems (IS) that make teaching viable
remote. The screen of computers and smartphones have become the means of interaction between
teacher and student and Information Systems the means by which these interactions are
made possible in the digital environment. Thus, the aim of the study was to analyze the perception of
students and teachers in relation to the usefulness and ease of use of the main
Information used in remote teaching / learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. For
achieve the objective of the study, a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive logic and interpretative epistemology was adopted, carried out by means of a questionnaire applied to a
sample of 112 individuals. The results of the study suggest that the main information systems
information used in remote teaching-learning are useful, easy to use and
respective uses. Furthermore, we observed differences in perceptions among students
private institutions and public institutions.

Abstract: The Internet of Things has developed very well in large cities, but it is not yet integrated into
the daily life of the population of urban areas in the interior of the country. This creates gaps
in most of the water utilities that provide services in these regions, not updating their water
meter park with new IoT technologies, these gaps must be filled with the development of
special and low-cost solutions for water metering and verification of leakage in the internal
piping of a property, exactly a slit to be filled by this research. The study aims to validate the
development of low-cost, open-source and rapid implementation solutions, in order to create
cooperative solutions to monitor the use of water on a property, either for products with
affordable value or through the development of homemade solutions. If the research
hypotheses are validated, it will be possible to identify consumption deviations and
consequently leaks, with solutions derived from the population.

Título: FATORES QUE INFLUENCIAM A ADOÇÃO DE SISTEMAS ERP EM PEQUENAS E MÉDIAS EMPRESAS: estudo de casos múltiplos no Sul de Minas Gerais
Autor(es): Rosa, Wesley Adelaide; Frogeri, Rodrigo Franklin
Abstract: This paper analyzes the adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). It is believed that the adoption of Information Systems (IS) of the ERP type in SMEs can provide better control of organizational processes and quality in the information that guide decision making. Thus, the objective of this research was to identify and analyze the factors that influence the adoption of ERP information systems in SMEs. This purpose was achieved through a qualitative approach, inductive logic, interpretive epistemology and conducting a case study. multiple companies in Southern Minas Gerais, Brazil. It was observed that the adoption of ERP information systems in SMEs is more influenced by Technological and Organizational constructs than by Environmental factors. Variables such as commercial partnerships, external support and competitiveness were not observed as determinants for the adoption of an ERP type IS.

ACEITAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO GOVERNAMENTAIS: estudo de caso na Secretaria do Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais

Título: ACEITAÇÃO DE SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO GOVERNAMENTAIS: estudo de caso na Secretaria do Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais

Abstract: Government organizations have different Information Systems (IS) that help in data storage and
process digitalization. The digitization of government processes can help in the execution of daily
procedures of public institutions and optimize their performance. Furthermore, the use of
Information Systems makes it possible to transform data into information that can help in the
decision-making process, minimize the use of resources (financial, human or physical) and
maximize their efficiency. However, the adoption of Information Systems and their respective
acceptance by people who will make use of their resources is a phenomenon that involves
technical-social aspects. Therefore, this study aims analyzing the perception of Minas Gerais
State Health Secretariat's (SES-MG) public servants in relation to the perceived utility and ease
of use of the main state and federal Information Systems that are part of the daily use of each one
of the sectors of the agency. This attempt was achieved through a quantitative approach,
deductive logic and positivist epistemology, executed through a case study at SES-MG. A total of
52 SES-MG's public servants responded to the data collection tool. Our analyses suggest that
SES-MG's public servants consider the main Information Systems of daily use of the organ as
useful and easy to use, leading to the intention of their use. The comparison between user groups,
female and male, suggests that practices associated with the External Variables of the TAM
model may have greater effect on female gender to trigger the perception of Ease of Use.
