| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O planejamento da construção civil consiste na organização para a execução, incluindo orçamento e a programação da obra. Com o objetivo de diagnosticar os problemas causados pela falta de planejamento em obras civis. A metodologia proposta foi uma pesquisa bibliográfica, elaborada a partir de material publicado, constituído principalmente de livros, revistas, artigos e materiais disponibilizados em meios eletrônicos. Onde a pesquisa foi de um caráter qualitativo avaliando em profundidade a subjetividade dos pesquisados, baseados em um estudo descritivo e exploratório no quais os fatos foram observados, registrados e analisados. Esta pesquisa consiste em um estudo com visitas in loco, num prédio construído no município de Três Corações. Com a realização deste trabalho foi possível ressaltar e identificar a importância do planejamento adequado e do controle das atividades que visando o aperfeiçoamento da qualidade e da produtividade na execução da obra e nos setores envolvidos. |
| Abstract: | Construction planning consists of the organization for execution, including budget and schedule of the work. In order to diagnose problems caused by the lack of planning in civil works. The proposed methodology was a bibliographical research, elaborated from published material, consisting mainly of of books, magazines, articles and materials made available by electronic means.
