PARÂMETROS PARA ADEQUAÇÃO DO SISTEMA DE MICRODRENAGEM DA AVENIDA ALZIRA BARRA GAZZOLA NO MUNICÍPIO DE VARGINHA/MG

Abstract

This paper presents parameters to be implemented for the adequacy of the drainage system of Alzira Barra Gazzola Avenue in the city of Varginha-MG, since the implemented system has not been efficient, and flooding of the lower point of the avenue continues to occur. Initially a hydrological study was done to determine the rainfall intensity, return time and concentration time in order to determine the maximum flow of the area under study. Subsequently, the gutters, wolves and galleries were dimensioned. With the total collection of rainwater through drainage devices, a watercourse was located near the avenue for its final direction, including providing structures for the protection of the body receptor.
