| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O objetivo deste trabalho de conclusão de curso é apresentar um projeto de automação de uma embaladeira de filme plástica de leite pneumática, abordando um estudo de caso a realização do seu retrofit, e também um comparativo de retrofit dessa embaladeira com a compra de uma embaladeira nova. O estudo do projeto apresenta as partes constituintes da embaladeira pneumática automatizada, a sequência lógica de trabalho da embaladeira, a definição da forma esquemática dos circuitos de comandos pneumáticos, a elaboração do programa Ladder, com a apresentação de um cálculo do consumo de ar comprimido da embaladeira. O projeto conclui-se com a importância da automação da embaladeira como funcionamento versátil, garantindo aumento de produção e excelência de qualidade, além de diminuição de gastos e redução no custo final do produto. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this course conclusion paper is to present a project of automation of a pneumatic milk plastic wrapper, covering a case study the realization of its retrofit, and also a comparative of retrofit of this wrapper with the purchase of a new wrapper. . The design study presents the constituent parts of the automated pneumatic wrapper, the logical working sequence of the wrapper, the schematic shape definition of the pneumatic control circuits, the elaboration of the Ladder program, with a calculation of the compressed air consumption of the wrapper. The project concludes with the importance of wrapper automation as a versatile operation, ensuring increased production and quality excellence, as well as reduced costs and reduced final product cost. |
