PRÉ-TRATAMENTO DE ÓLEO VEGETAL DE COCÇÃO DE ALIMENTOS COM SISTEMA DE COLETA DO ÓLEO

Abstract

The present project aims to facilitate the use of vegetable oil used in cooking food, with the pre-treatment of this used oil aiming its sale to industries destined to the production of biodiesel. In addition to specifying the equipment that performs the pre-treatment of the oil, systems are demonstrated showing ways of capturing, screening and environmental education projects. The project meets the need for social and cultural inclusion, in every way, effectively contributing to the improvement of the environment, generating social integration between the parties involved in the project, in order to improve the environment and generate income for the population. The projections and demonstrations aimed to present the structure of a system for profit and interconnected environmental purposes.
