Abstract: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neurological disease that directly affects the structures that surround the axons that are the cells of the nervous system, where myelin sheaths, structures that line these neurons are attacked by the body itself as an autoimmune disease destroying and through the process of inflammation disintegrating such sheaths. As a consequence, there are crises ranging from individuals with ataxia to severe motor and cognitive damage. Because it is difficult to identify the type and pattern of MS, some drugs and treatments are proposed to these individuals and physical activity comes in an auxiliary way to help both in the prevention of new crises, since the mechanisms of attack and time between them are still unknown. , thus favoring quality of life, aiming at their decrease and incidence and also as a form of treatment so that after a crisis, if any motor issue is affected, physical activity can then supply or at least alleviate the damage left. Readings and searches were made in the most reliable means of research such as articles and books in order to list the ideal physical activities and even the benefits of these to individuals with MS. where physical activity can often be crucial for this audience in the search for health and quality of life.
