DIAGNÓSTICO DE AGENTES CAUSADORES DE ATRASOS NA CONSTRUÇÃO DO PRÉDIO COMERCIAL DA UNICAFÉ COMPANHIA DE COMÉRCIO EXTERIOR

Abstract

Delays in construction can be from several factors. In Brazil, this problem has occurred frequently causing heavy losses. The aim of this study was to compare the studies of many authors dealing with issues planning and management of works and delays with the reality of the work studied in order to identify the causes of delays. Some of the authors studied were CABRITA, André Filipe Nunes and ACKOFF, Russell. The work in question dealt with the construction of a commercial building in reinforced concrete structure with sealing masonry ceramic brick. The collection of the work data and characteristics needed for comparison was made both on site and in the office that managed. The results showed three causes as the main responsible for the delays. The study revealed that both causes directly affected the implementation of the reinforced concrete structure, where there were the greatest damage and consequently higher losses. The construction of the building added at the end of the activities a total delay of seven months.
