| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho mostra a proposta para um plano diretor e alternativas da indústria 4.0 que podem ser utilizadas em uma empresa têxtil, fabricante de sapatilhas e acessórios para Ballet. A empresa está localizada na região do Sul de Minas, desde o ano de 2013. Durante a pesquisa acadêmica, foi possível identificar e solucionar problemas a fim de colaborar diretamente com o processo da empresa. O projeto realizado mostra como intervenções oriundas de tecnologias da indústria 4.0 podem trazer benefícios para a produção da empresa. O objetivo deste trabalho foi mostrar a proposta de um plano diretor, na qual apresenta fatores e ações que podem auxiliar no crescimento da empresa, que faça com que aumente a produção, se insira tecnologias e aumente a competitividade da empresa. A conclusão desse projeto fez com que ficasse claro que o caminho para o sucesso da empresa, é a modernização, não deixando de lado e tirando o valor do trabalho feito manual. |
| Abstract: | This work shows the proposal for a master plan and alternatives for industry 4.0 that can be used in the company, a manufacturer of ballet shoes and acessories. The company has been located in the soulthern region of Minas since 2013. Durinth the academic research, it was possible to identify and solve problems in order to collaborate directly with the company’s process. The Project carried out shows how interventions fro industry 4.0 technologies can bring benefits to the company’s production. The objective of this work was to show the proposal of a master plan, in which it presentes factors and actions that can help in the growth of the company, which makes it increase production, insert Technologies and increase the competitiveness of the company.. The conclusion of this Project made it clear that the path to the company’s success is modernization, not leaving aside and taking away the value of manual work. |
