| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho pretende abordar a importância do gestor educacional na instituição de ensino. Tal abordagem se justifica diante da necessidade em se destacar o gestor na instituição de ensino, uma vez que a mesma precisa de uma figura para que assim todos envolvidos tenham uma visão de uma instituição com sucesso. O objetivo deste estudo é demonstrar a importância do gestor na instituição de ensino. Para se chegar ao resultado do presente trabalho valeu-se da pesquisa bibliográfica de obras referentes ao tema. Ao final o estudo demostrou que o gestor é uma peça fundamental na instituição para a equipe com quem trabalha, pois os componentes dessa tem a necessidade de um líder que conduz com maestria toda sua equipe e cria alternativas e recursos motivacionais em prol da atividade fim, que é a educação. Nesse sentido torna evidente que o gestor educacional trabalha em sinergia um esforço com todos os colaboradores da instituição e uma má gestão pode levar ao insucesso educacional e social da instituição de ensino. |
| Resumen : | This work aims to address the importance of the educational manager at the educational institution. Such an approach is justified in the need to highlight the manager in the educational institution, since the same needs a figure so that everyone involved has a vision of a successful institution. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the importance of the manager in the educational institution. To achieve the result of this work, the bibliographical research of works related to the theme is being reached. At the end the study has shown that the manager is a crucial part in the institution for the team with whom he works, because the components of this have the need for a leader who leads with mastery all his team and creates alternatives and motivational resources in favor of the end activity, which is education. In this sense, it makes it clear that the educational manager works in synergy with all the employees of the institution and a bad management can lead to the educational and social failure of the educational institution. |
