| Resumo: | Este estudo aborda a importância da reanimação cardiopulmonar (RCP) no atendimento pre hospitalar (APH). Tal abordagem se justifica devido ao fato de que o quanto antes for iniciado as compressões torácicas mais chance de sobrevida ira ter aquela vitima, a demora no inicio das compressões diminui as chances da vitima. O objetivo desse estudo é conhecer a importância da RCP no APH, sendo que a mesma é uma emergência recorrente no APH. Este intento será conseguido a partir da revisão bibliográfica. A metodologia empregada será o método hipotético - dedutível através da revisão de literaturas para reflexão crítica dos resultados obtidos. A análise demostrou que a PCR deve ser reconhecida rapidamente pelo socorrista pela avaliação rápida da vitima e ser iniciado o protocolo de RCP conforme a quantidade de socorrista ou ate mesmo se for um socorrista leigo o mais rápido possível para não causar danos irreversíveis a vitima pela falta de oxigênio no cérebro. |
| Abstract: | This study addresses the importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in prehospital care (PHC). Such an approach is justified due to the fact that the sooner the chest compressions are started, the more chance of survival will have that victim, the delay in starting the compressions decreases the chances of the victim. The purpose of this study is to know the importance of CPR in APH, being that it is a recurrent emergency in APH. This attempt will be obtained from the bibliographic review. The methodology used will be the hypothetical method - deductible through the literature review for critical reflection of the results obtained. The analysis showed that CRP should be promptly recognized by the rescuer for the rapid assessment of the victim and the CPR protocol should be initiated according to the number of first responders or even if it is a lay rescuer as soon as possible so as not to cause irreversible damage to the victim by the lack of oxygen in the brain. |
