Pois, a gestão de pessoas RH tem a capacidade de analisar o ambiente e o clima organizacional. Tem o habilidade para levantar o ânimo e a disposição das pessoas em situações de crise ou dificuldades.
Abstract:	This article aims to know a little about the influence of economic crises in people management and discuss the repercussions of the current global crisis in Brazilian companies. For HR people management has the ability to analyze the environment and the organizational climate . It has the ability to lift the spirits and the willingness of people in crisis situations or difficulties .
