metadata.dc.description.resumo: O mercado está mudando cada vez mais rápido e as empresas sejam elas grandes ou pequenas tem que estar preparadas para todas as adversidades que podem prejudica-las. O objetivo desta pesquisa é mostrar a importância das ferramentas do planejamento e controle da produção nas organizações, que muitas vezes o utilizam inconscientemente e nem sabem qual a real função. As empresas podem utilizar o PCP em um setor específico ou em vários setores que tomam suas decisões baseadas nas necessidades da sua organização. A pesquisa mostra algumas das muitas ferramentas que podem ser utilizadas pelo PCP para se conseguir um resultado satisfatório para a organização. Espera-se com esse trabalho mostrar a importância da utilização das ferramentas do PCP nas organizações, o uso inconsciente da mesma e suas ferramentas.
Abstract: Organizations large and small undergo constant changes in their processes, such transformations are due to the fact that the market is increasingly challenging. With this, keeping up to date and seeking continuous improvement are fundamental practices for business sustainability. However, the big market is changing faster and faster and companies whether they are big or small have to be prepared for all the adversities that can harm them. The purpose of this research is to show the importance of production planning and control tools in organizations that often use it unconsciously and do not even know what the real function is. Companies can use PCP in a specific industry or in multiple industries that make their decisions based on the needs of their organization. The survey shows some of the many tools that can be used by the PCP to achieve a satisfactory outcome for the organization. The aim of this work is to show the importance of the use of PCP tools in organizations, the unconscious use of PCP and its tools. The constant evolution is not only in processes as it was once thought but in people, it is human capital that will realize the great movement of progress. The main objective of this research is to demonstrate that Continuous Improvement has several tools and that these can be used by people management and not only by quality management. The human resources department has the responsibility to manage these people and enable the individual to corroborate for their personal development, the construction of the thinking self, and for the advancement of the company. Human value then becomes valuable to organizations, wages cease to be the most important factor in the permanence of a collaborator in the company, now issues such as recognition, quality of life, organizational climate and benefits are indispensable for the maintenance and retention of talents . Modern management comes against the ideas of the whole, of the collective, of the network. There is no more room for isolated improvements, the rise takes place from the inside out, from one employee to another, from company to society.
