Tal abordagem se comprova com o estudo de caso, do desenvolvimento de um protótipo funcional, com o objetivo de complementar ou substituir os respiros convencionais de redutores. Este respiro projetado e prototipado tem a função de blindar um redutor, garantindo uma proteção para o óleo e os componentes internos, tendo em vista que a demanda existe e a solução não é facilmente encontrada no mercado. Tal escopo foi alcançado, mediante a aplicação de técnicas de prototipagem digital com softwares poderosos e prototipagem rápida utilizando uma impressora 3d, construindo um protótipo funcional, que possibilita a uma fácil instalação em um redutor melhorando a eficiência dos respiros convencionais. |
| Resumen : | This work demonstrates how much rapid prototyping brings benefits to industry through the creation of prototypes. This approach is evidenced by the case study of the development of a functional prototype, with the objetive of supplementing or replacing the conventional breather of gearboxes. This designed and prototyped breather has the function of shielding a gearbox, ensuring a protection for the oil and the internal components, since demand exists and the solution is not easily found in the market. Such scope has been achieved through the application of digital prototyping techniques with powerful softwares and rapid prototyping using a 3d printer, for build a functional prototype, which allows an easy installation in a gearbox improving the efficiency of the breather. |
