ANÁLISE TÉCNICA E FINANCEIRA ENTRE ESTACAS DO TIPO HÉLICE CONTÍNUA E PRÉ-MOLDADA DE CONCRETO ARMADO PARA FUNDAÇÕES DE UMA EDIFICAÇÃO EDUCACIONAL

Abstract

In the present work a comparative cost analysis is made between a deep foundation of the continuous propeller type and another one using precast reinforced concrete piles. For this purpose, a project of foundation of continuous propeller already dimensioned and executed of a SENAC-AR / RN educational complex, based at Avenida Senador Dinarte Mariz, 4020, Natal / RN, was used as study object. In order to confront the costs of the two stakes, the design of the precast stakes was carried out, using already established methods such as Aoki-Velloso (1975), Decourt-Quaresma (1978) and Teixeira (1996), among others literature and normative references in agreement with ABNT, the foundation's allowable geotechnical load capacity was calculated, taking into account the worst SPT result combined with the highest project load for its area of influence. Already the permissible structural load of the piles was provided by a stamping company catalog according to the various cross sections available. Thus, three models of transversal sections were verified and the number of piles per block was surveyed according to each model, choosing to use the one that was most convenient.
