FMEA: como implantar em uma organização

Abstract

This work approaches the FMEA theme, a quality tool that comes from the English Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, which in Portuguese means Analysis of Failure Modes and Effects, and aimed to portray the details of how to deploy this tool in an organization. This work was carried out through bibliographical research, and elaboration of theoretical concepts that reflect FMEA details. This tool is used to measure and find failure modes in projects or processes, and to measure the effects that may be caused by these failure modes. In the course of the work, the theme is explored according to the topics that make up this tool showing its concepts and details of these, and showing strategies of implementation and implementation in an organization. In the end, it can be concluded that its implantation is feasible, because it is efficient and low cost, and to promote the integration of the sectors that make up the organization, as well as the integration with suppliers and customers.
