USO DE SOFTWARTE DE SIMULAÇÃO PARA A IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE POSSÍVEIS CENÁRIOS E O AUXÍLIO NA TOMADA DE DECISÃO: estudo de caso

Abstract

This academic work has for objective to analyze possible scenarios indicated with the help of the simulation software Arena that shows virtually if changes at specific points of the process will cause a really kind of increase in productivity in the entire production process and not generate another bottleneck in another step in the process. Possible causes of neck and likely changes to better productivity in a particular product where demand is greater than supply and to meet this demand, it is necessary the use of overtime thereby increasing the costs of labor, making the production of most expensive product and decreasing competitiveness in new projects.
