| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Um dos desafios do arquiteto consiste em desenvolver projetos que redefinam o espaço residencial, a fim de se criarem perspectivas adequadas aos modos de se morar. A partir do atual modelo de moradia, o presente trabalho possui como objetivo apresentar como a arquitetura pode melhorar os espaços para a melhor adequação a esta realidade, procurando fazer uma análise de como o modelo de formação das famílias contemporâneas vêm influenciando a estrutura das habitações e desafiando a arquitetura a criar projetos que possam atender a esta nova proposta. Foi escolhido um espaço na cidade de Varginha – MG onde é possível desenvolver um projeto residencial multifamiliar que se identifique às metodologias estudadas neste trabalho baseadas nas necessidades da família contemporânea. |
| Abstract: | One of the architect's challenges is to develop projects that redefine the residential space in order to create adequate perspectives on the ways of living. Based on the present housing model, the present work aims to present how the architecture can improve the spaces for the best adaptation to this reality, trying to make an analysis of how the model of formation of contemporary families have influenced the structure of the dwellings and challenging the architecture to create projects that can meet this new proposal. A space was chosen in the city of Varginha - MG where it is possible to develop a multifamily residential project that identifies the methodologies studied in this work based on the needs of the contemporary family. |
