| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O crescimento populacional e a migração campo-cidade levaram um aumento da demanda por habitação nos centros urbanos brasileiros. O desafio é oferecer moradia de qualidade que atenda a requisitos de habitabilidade, respeitando as legislações pertinentes. Considera especialmente um custo viável à população de baixa renda. Para tal, faz-se necessário analisar padrões de habitação de interesse social, observando os aspectos positivos e negativos, e viabilizar através de estudo uma proposta arquitetônica que visa uma moradia de qualidade nos centros urbanos, tendo em vista o conceito de Função Social da Cidade. |
| Abstract: | Population growth and rural-city migration led to an increase in demand for housing in Brazilian urban centers. The challenge is to offer quality housing that meets the requirements of habitability, respecting the relevant legislation. It considers especially a viable cost for the low-income population. To this end, it is necessary to analyze housing patterns of social interest, observing the positive and negative aspects, and to make possible, through study, an architectural proposal that aims at quality housing in urban centers, in view of the concept of Social Function of the City. |
