Tal abordagem se faz necessária devido ao fato do desconhecimento da norma pela população em geral e pelo pequeno índice de cumprimento das normas. Pode se afirmar através de diversos estudos sobre os efeitos de sua reposição sobre a produção agropecuária como um todo. Procura-se alcançar os objetivos da pesquisa através de levantamento bibliográfico de autores que trataram do tema, tanto em livros de doutrina jurídica, como em ensinamentos jurídicos direcionados totalmente a matéria em específico, como em publicações direcionadas a meio ambiente sustentável, biologia e geografia aliado a pesquisas referentes às Leis, Projetos de Lei e Princípios. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims to make an expository analysis as to the effectiveness of the legal reserve policy in Brazil. Such an approach is necessary due to the fact that the general population is unaware of the norm and the low rate of compliance with the norm. We can affirm through several studies about the effects of its replacement on the agricultural production as a whole. The aim of this research is to be achieved through a bibliographic survey of authors who dealt with the subject, both in legal doctrine books, as well as in legal teachings directed totally to the specific subject, as well as publications directed to sustainable environment, biology and allied geography. research related to Laws, Bills and Principles. |
