Abstract

Welding in the industrial and metallurgical sector has a great prominence, as it is one of the most important sources for the union of materials at a low cost compared to other methods that it has in the job market. The comparison study of manual welding with the automated process presents the adapted welding machine with a conjugated semi-umatic cutting machine, presenting the weld beads made by the machine, and the savings that the adapted machine provides for the company, both in the material of addition of the welding process as much as the labor that the operator needs to have a weld with the same quality as the automated process.
