PORNOGRAFIA DE REVANCHE: Um problema social

Abstract

This paper analyzes revenge pornography. such an approach is justified by the need to understand the behaviors that integrate the practice of revenge pornography and how this practice directly affects the victim in several spheres. the objective of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the legislation against revenge pornography. this purpose will be achieved from the bibliographic review of articles, periodicals, books and journalistic materials published on the subject. the analysis showed that the Brazilian legislation is able to specifically cover the subject, however it is insufficient in the effective combat of the crime.
