| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente artigo traz em seu corpo um apanhado geral dos diversos benefícios que o trabalhador pode gozar no momento de sua aposentadoria. Abre-se o presente trabalho trazendo uma explanação sobre os Princípios Constitucionais, previstos na Constituição Federal de 1988 no seu artigo 194, e também na Lei 8.213 de 1991 no seu artigo 42. Segue-se o texto com uma explanação do Regime Geral da Previdência Social, apresentando os diversos casos de aposentadoria e as diversas categorias de contribuintes. No cerne do texto se foca no tema central da presente pesquisa, que é a aposentadoria especial e a aplicabilidade deste benefícios aos profissionais da área da saúde, que se encontram expostos aos mais diversos agentes nocivos, sejam eles químicos, físicos e/ou biológicos dentro do seu local de trabalho. |
| Abstract: | This article brings in your body a general overview of the various benefits that the worker can enjoy at the time of retirement. This article opens with an explanation of the Constitutional Principles, foreseen in the Federal Constitution of 1988 in its article 194, and also in Law 8.213 of 1991 in its article 42. The following is the text with an explanation of the General Regime of Social Security Social Security, presenting the various welfare cases and the various categories of taxpayers. At the core of the text is the focus of the present research, which is the special retirement and applicability of these benefits to health professionals, who are exposed to the most diverse harmful agents, be they chemical, physical and / or biological within of your place of work. |
